1. Unlike most of our competitors in Australia today, our Reverse Mortgage has No Monthly Fees and Charges, so you won't be silently slugged every month. There is an initial valuation and settlement fee, but then:
   • No Monthly charges
   • No Duplicate Statement fees
   • No Revaluation fees

2. Our Reverse Mortgage allows you maximum freedom with the money you borrow - we have no maximum limit (subject to the assessed value of your home), and you can receive your loan as a lump sum, a monthly income, a flexible drawdown or a combination of all three.
   
   
3. In addition, our interest rates are competitive. As you are aware, interest rates rise and fall over time. Your financial adviser will have a copy of our current interest rates for your information. You should always remember that we have no monthly fees or charges.
