Description

JB Global Income and Equity Accelerator Units Series 7 (“Units”) is a three year investment which offers:

• potential for returns at Maturity which are determined by reference to volatility and exposure to the iShares® Dow Jones U.S. Real Estate Index Fund (“Reference Asset”) over the Investment Term, including the potential for enhanced returns from an increased exposure to the Reference Asset during times of low volatility of the Reference Asset;

• Two potential Coupon payments of up to 8.1% of the Issue Price each during the Investment Term; and • a compulsory 100% Limited Recourse Loan to fund your Investment Amount for the Investment Term.

Each Unit is a separate right to receive the Delivery Assets and certain related rights under a deferred purchase agreement as described in this PDS. Units will be issued to the Custodian who will hold them on behalf of the Investors. The Units will be issued subject to a Fixed Charge granted by the Custodian to secure the repayment of the 100% Limited Recourse Loan.

After Maturity, provided the Loan is repaid, Investors will receive the Delivery Assets, unless they request for the Issuer to sell the Delivery Assets on their behalf and receive the Sale Monies.

The Target Volatility level of 15% expressed in the PDS was unchanged. The Participation Rate and actual volatility as at the Commencement Date were 32% and 46.66% respectively.
