Description

Accelerator Series gives investors a highly leveraged way to get exposure to the potential growth in the Australian market and / or Emerging Markets over the next 2 years. Through Accelerator Series, you can choose to invest in either the S&PASX 200 index and /or the MSCI iShares MSCI Emerging Markets Index.

Accelerator Series Units over the S&P/ASX 200 Index and iShares MSCI Emerging Markets Index Fund offer the following features:

• potential enhanced returns at Maturity through the calculation of the Final Value and the delivery of shares in leading Australian companies (the “Delivery Assets”) at the Maturity Date calculated by reference to the Final Value;

• enhanced exposure to the Reference Index for an Issue Price which is a fraction of the Investor’s Notional Exposure per Unit and the potential for enhanced returns from an increased exposure to the Reference Index during times of low volatility of the Reference Index;

• the Profit Lock-In feature locks in gains in the Reference Asset where the Reference Index increases above the Initial Strategy Value by 20% (or subsequent trigger point), on a Business Day after the final Initial Averaging Date, the Profit Lock-In operates to lock in 50% of the gains in the Reference Asset up to the trigger point. Gains are locked in each time the Reference Index reaches a trigger point.
