About Us
RBS is an active trader in a large number of wholesale markets across the globe. Our main trading desks are located in London, New York and Hong Kong. The retail structured products team in Sydney directly accesses the wholesale trading desks in the centre that trades the relevant asset classes. The majority of the transaction structuring and packaging occurs in Australia to meet the requirements of the local market.
RBS is currently developing a number of products for the Australian and New Zealand retail markets. View examples of retail structured products done elsewhere within the RBS Global Network. Most of these products can be reproduced for distribution into Australia.

Information about the Issuer and the Guarantor of Structured Products
The Royal Bank of Scotland plc or The Royal Bank of Scotland NV, formerly known as ABN AMRO Bank NV, act as Guarantor in relation to structured products issued by RBS Australia. Details of the relevant Guarantor will be specified in the Product Disclosure Statement for each structured product issued by RBS Australia.
